Stage 2 — Registration & Data Collection

After acceptance of the engagement and payment, the client submits the prescribed forms and supporting information.

Stage 3 — Verification & Preparation

Relevant information is verified and prepared for analysis. This may include:

8. ADDITIONAL CHARGES Excess Property Area: ₹25 per sq. metre + applicable taxes for area exceeding the included limit.

Additional premises not included.

A second premise is a separate assessment, irrespective of whether the unused area entitlement from the first premise could theoretically accommodate it.

It must be separately scoped and charged.

Work Outside the Defined Engagement

Any genuinely separate assignment, additional person, additional property, materially expanded scope or subsequent new engagement is quoted separately before the work begins.
